These terms apply to your use of “who are you again?” (the “App”). By using the App you agree to them.

1. What the App does

• The App recognizes an actor in a photo you take and shows titles they appeared in.
• Results are for reference only. Because of the limits of face recognition and third-party data, results may be wrong or unavailable.
• Features may change or be discontinued as the service evolves.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use photos of other people without their consent, or use the App to stalk, harass, or otherwise infringe anyone's rights.
• Do not send automated bulk requests, or reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the service.
• Do not use the App for any unlawful purpose.

3. Free use and subscriptions

• The App includes a set number of free searches in total after install (not reset daily). The allowance may be adjusted.
• To keep searching beyond the free allowance, a subscription is required. Subscribers search without a search limit for the subscription period.
• Plans: monthly or yearly. Exact prices and periods are shown on the purchase screen and may vary by country.
• Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4. Billing, auto-renewal, cancellation

• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can cancel anytime in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. The developer does not process payments directly.
• Existing purchases can be restored with the App's Restore Purchases option using the same Apple Account.

5. Intellectual property

• Title information, posters, and stills are provided by TMDB (The Movie Database) and remain the property of their respective owners.
• This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
• The App's design, text, and layout belong to the developer.

6. Disclaimer

• The App is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee the accuracy of recognition results or uninterrupted availability.
• To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the App, except for damages caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

7. Privacy

See the Privacy Policy for how photos and search history are handled.

8. Changes

Updated terms are posted on this page with an effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
